Red Man Soars
This is an old classic route with incredible ambiance, and it is situated right beside Whiteman Falls. Red man should be on every ones list for the Rockies mix classics.
A 40 minute drive from Canmore to Kananaskis on the highway 40 to the junction of Highwood Pass and Kananaskis village. From the Parking lot, it is a 5 km ski to the drainage of Whiteman Falls and Redman Soars. The approach to Whiteman Falls or Red Man Soar takes about 2 to 3 hours.
